My bank holiday quest! To detox

I have already turned down a night out tonight! (it might have something to do with having no money) but I like to think it is because I am focused on this detox!

Right I started off last night with a green tea bath ( not as bad as it seems if you put the right essential oils in the bath too)

I am focusing of foods that will make me feel full for longer and also foods that are beneficial to me. Mainly fruit and veg for the next 3 days with some eggs, yoghurt and nuts thrown in (not much though I may add)

No carbs at all and as much as I can avoid it sugar and fat! I have done a detox before and I must say I did not breeze through it but I have to give it another go as my weight, health and energy have suffered lately and I need to sort it out. I am hoping this will kick start it 🙂 especially as I have been looking into the 5:2 diet. Now if you knew me you would know I do not do diets I believe health eating is key along with exercise but this diet is calling to me. I am very scared though as I don’t want to end up bigger than when i started it which is pretty big 11st 8Ibs for my 5ft 9ins frame 😦 but I just feel like I have to give it ago! I should stop thinking I have failed before I start. I need to be positive right? Well I guess time will tell and life is about making mistakes and learning from them.
